This Return & R efund Policy applies to all orders placed through our Beike Shop store. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase, and we outline the terms and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
• Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days after you receive the goods.
• Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including all accessories, tags, and manuals).
• Products must not show signs of wear, misuse, or modification.
• Customized products, clearance items, and personalized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they have quality defects.
2. Reasons for Returns & Corresponding Treatments
2.1 Quality-Related Issues
If you receive products with the following problems, we will provide a full refund, free replacement, or exchange (at your choice):
• Manufacturing defects (e.g., broken parts, faulty functionality).
• Wrong items delivered (different from your order).
• Damaged products caused by transportation (supported by photos/videos).
Note: For quality-related returns, we will bear the entire return shipping cost. Please retain the shipping receipt for reimbursement.
2.2 Non-Quality-Related Issues
Returns due to customer's personal reasons (e.g., wrong purchase, change of mind, size mismatch) are acceptable only if the product meets the eligibility criteria in Section 1. In this case:
• The customer shall bear all return shipping costs.
• A 10% restocking fee may apply (excluding the product value).
• Refunds will be issued after deducting the shipping fee and restocking fee (if applicable).
3. Return & Exchange Process
1. Submit a Request: Contact our customer service team via email ([Your Email]) or store message, providing your order number, product photos/videos (to prove the issue), and reason for return/exchange.
2. Approval Confirmation: We will review your request within 2 business days and send a return authorization (RA) if approved.
3. Ship the Product: Pack the product securely and ship it to the address provided in the RA. Please mark the RA number on the package.
4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days.
◦ For valid quality-related returns: Full refund or free replacement will be processed within 3-7 working days.
◦ For non-quality-related returns: Refund (after deducting applicable fees) will be processed within 3-7 working days.
◦ If the return is rejected (e.g., product damaged by misuse), we will contact you to arrange for the product to be shipped back to you (at your cost).
4. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the order:
• PayPal: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.
• Credit Card (VISA/MasterCard): Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the fund will be reflected in your card statement based on your bank's processing time.
• T/T/Western Union: Please provide your bank account details for refund transfer, which will be completed within 5-7 working days.
5. Exceptions
• We are not liable for returns lost or damaged during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring high-value items.
• Returns without prior approval (no RA number) will not be accepted.
• Shipping costs for original delivery are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, quality defect).
